About Pathways

Who We Are

Pathways is an initiative under RISE Ubuntu — providing education, mentorship, and community development programmes to equip Zambians for life and leadership.

Overview

Pathways was created to address a fundamental gap: young people in Zambia who are capable and motivated but lack access to structured learning, mentorship, and opportunity. Operating under RISE Ubuntu, Pathways delivers two core programme streams — Education Pathways and Community Pathways. Every programme is designed around the belief that young people, given the right environment and support, will build a stronger Zambia.

Vision

“A Zambia where every young person – regardless of background — has access to the knowledge, skills, and networks needed to lead a purposeful, productive life and contribute meaningfully to their community and nation.”

Mission

“To develop students into responsible, capable leaders. To provide structured education, mentorship, and community engagement opportunities.”
