Future Pathways Programme

A highly selective, residential programme for high-performing secondary school graduates. FPP is Pathways' flagship offering — an intensive environment designed to prepare exceptional students for higher education, personal formation, and lifelong leadership.

Curriculum

Structured learning philosophy: Through sustained reading, writing, dialogue, physical discipline and reflection, students are guided through a 4-part framework: Reality Checking, Mindset Transformation, Skill Building and ethical responsibility through Real-World Impact.

Note: FPP and APP are separate programmes to ensure fairness and sustainability. FPP is resource-intensive; APP provides continued access for other high-potential students.

Access Pathways Programme

A one-year programme for high-potential students not selected for FPP. APP ensures that no student is left behind — providing real skills, mentorship, and pathways to opportunity regardless of FPP selection.

Community Pathways

Community Pathways supports the ecosystem and operations of Pathways — reaching youth, families, and communities across Zambia through enrichment, enterprise, employment, and strategic partnerships.
